Overview
The client’s New Campus East (NCE) Active IT Program was established to provide the infrastructure services required to build out and maintain the NCE facilities. The Senior Voice Engineer expertise is needed to support onsite activities.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Voice Engineer responsibilities will include:
Analyze existing ACD system / call flow
Gather additional requirements from customer for the new system
Design, Test, Document, Implement Cisco IPCC express call center solution
Write detailed (step-by-step) testing documentation and thoroughly test the proposed solution in a lab environment
Write detailed (step-by-step) installation and configuration documents
Write detailed flow charts identifying the proposed call flow of the new script(s)
Design new call flow scripts using CRS Editor
Configure Agents & Supervisors
Configure Resource Groups & Skills where necessary
Write XML files to enhance script functionality
Integrate with external databases to enhance script functionality
Perform patch installations as needed
