Full lifecycle Java developers needed to answer to the development and growth of one of our new business units active in product security, we want to strengthen our team in Springfield, Virginia and we are looking for Software Engineers with the following common profile:
- Innovative problem solver, able to bring ideas from conception to implementation
- Able to work both independently and as a team player within a multi-cultural group
- Capable of working to deadlines and under intense pressure both internally and directly with our customers
- Willingness to travel.

In our specific markets and projects, our engineers will:
- Assist in Project definition
- Analyze customer needs
- Design and develop modules
- Monitor, test and install solutions
- Support and train customers
- Test and validate new software and hardware.
Profile 1: JAVA Developer for Industrial Application (J2SE)
- Device Programming
- Communication protocol, RMI
- Multithreading and Real-Time constraints
- Client Development (Swing/AWT)
- Experience in industrial environment a plus
Profile 2: JAVA Developer for Server Application (J2EE)
- 3+ years experience in J2EE development
- Very good knowledge of EJB3
- Good understanding of Hibernate and/or other mapping frameworks and databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
- Proven experience in data modeling and SQL
- Experience in BI and warehousing
- Knowledge of JBoss frameworks: jBPM and Drools/Rules is a plus
- Basic administration skills of JBoss 4.x/5 a plus
All applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Must have a minimum of B.Sc (preferably M.Sc) in related field
- Client oriented: troubleshooting, technical support and technical training
- Programming languages: Java
- Development: Object Oriented, UML, Test Driven Development
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux/Unix
